Mads graduated from Colorado College in 2023 with a BA in Dance and Performance Design and a minor in Physics. During the main season she works as the Lighting Engineer at PRAx at Oregon State University, and in the summer she is the Lighting Assistant at The Spigeltent at Bard College's SummerScape. She also freelances as an electrician, lighting designer, choreographer, and stage manager.
